Event Management 

Working with you from the initial concept through to the final debrief, our team of event specialists will work in partnership with your own team to deliver a complete event solution.   

Services include: 

Venue sourcing and liaison, Supply chain management, Conference design, Printing, Communication and Theming, Delegate registration and management, Corporate entertainment and activities, Speaker management, Team building and development, Entertainment and after dinner speakers, Baby sitting and event nannies, On site event management, Travel, Transportation and transfer management, Conference debriefing and Feedback analysis. 

Proposals are tailored to each indvidual in accordance with your specific requirements and provided without obligation.  As every event is different the fees for our complete event management service vary in relation to the work required, but as a general guide fees range from 10-15% of the total event budget to be handled by Black & White Conference and Events®.
